Yoga Session

Join us for an exciting time of stretching and relaxation as we begin our Summer Reading for Grown-Ups program!  Hosted by the YMCA, this session incorporates Yoga postures, breathing exercises and a mind focus to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. 

Registration is required and will open two weeks before the event.
