The movie "Fire Starter" (Rated R) tells the story of parents Andy and Vicky, who have been on the run for over a decade. They are trying to keep their daughter Charlie hidden from a shadowy federal agency that wants to use her unusual gift for creating fire as a weapon of mass destruction. Andy has taught Charlie how to control her power, which is triggered by anger or pain. But as Charlie turns eleven, it becomes increasingly difficult to control the fire. After an incident that revealed the family's location, a mysterious operative is dispatched to hunt them down and capture Charlie once and for all. However, Charlie has other plans.
