Teen Tech Week: Virtual Reality

Teen Tech Week: Virtual Reality In-Person

Join us to experience the simulated and immersive worlds of virtual reality! Take a heart-pounding walk hundreds of feet above a city. Stay on beat and earn a high score. Swim with sharks, dolphins, and sea turtles–all from the comfort of your seat. With virtual reality, players are surrounded by immersive, interactive graphics and countless worlds to explore. Whether you’re a VR pro or a newbie, there’s something for everyone!

You can also test your know-how with "Tablet Jeopardy!" This interactive, tablet-driven setup brings the classic game show to the library. Answer: “What is Tablet Jeopardy?” This unique setup utilizes 18-36 tablets and a friendly host to create a high-energy competition amongst friends. Players choose their categories and dollar amounts to earn (or lose) points by answering trivia questions. Don’t forget to always phrase your answer in the form of a question!
