Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga In-Person

Enjoy a morning session of chair yoga led by an instructor from a local yoga studio! Chair yoga is a gentle practice that modifies yoga poses and postures so that they can be performed while seated or with the aid of a chair. Just like other yoga practices, chair yoga increases flexibility, strength, and body awareness, while reducing stress.

Registrants will need to bring their own yoga mats and towels.

This in-person event at the Carnegie Neighborhood Library is free, but space is limited and registration is required. Please register below.
