In Their Own Words: Women of Black Houston

In Their Own Words: Women of Black Houston In-Person

In honor of Women's History Month, we invite you to join us for this special oral history presentation.  Our archivist will dive deeper into our oral history collection, highlighting interviews conducted with women across Houston whose insights offer unique perspectives on family, community and local history.  This event is in support of the Race and Social Justice project, as well as the Bear Witness oral history collection, found at the African American History Research Center.

This online library program is hosted by HPL's African American History Research Center and will be hosted on Microsoft TEAMS.
