Laser Engraving and Cutting Workshop In-Person
Join us for this one hour workshop on operating and designing projects for the Dremel LC40 laser engraver and cutter.
This workshop will go over the materials, images, and file types necessary to create beautifully engraved and cut laser designs. We will look at how different settings affect various materials and how to get the best laser results. There will be a live demonstration at the end of the workshop where members can help create a unique laser creation!
Late arrival to a workshop: if you arrive more than five minutes late for a workshop, you must reschedule for another date.
Concepts include: material considerations, raster designs versus vector designs, high resolution versus low resolution images, high contrast versus low contrast images, and Glowforge setup & operation.
