Freed-Montrose Neighborhood Library Grand Opening In-Person
Houston Public Library invites you to the grand opening of the Freed-Montrose Neighborhood Library at its new location in the Montrose Collective at 1001 California Street, Houston, TX, 77006. Join us for a day filled with celebration, community, and the joy of reading! Come and explore: state-of-the-art facilities, expansive book and media collections, engaging programs for all ages, and interactive spaces designed to inspire and connect.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony begins at 10 AM on the Ground Level.

The first 15 minutes of parking is free in the Montrose Collective garage. One-hour free parking is available for up to 25 library customers at a time. Regular parking rates apply to all other customers. Additional street parking is also available.
