Big Feelings: Controlling the Center In-Person
Life is hard and sometimes it's hard to cope. The Houston Public Library wants to be your safe space as we present, "Big Feelings: Controlling the Center". Join us as we offer sessions to help families learn how to navigate life, as individuals as well as a family unit. Hear from professionals from the mental health and health and wellness world as they discuss various topics and answer your questions. Also spend some time in our meditation room to destress by simply sitting down to relax or having your own silent listening experience.
