Introduce your child to mindfulness, movement, and fun with Yoga for Youngsters! This session combines storytime with beginner-friendly yoga, making it the perfect way to build body awareness, balance, and relaxation in a welcoming environment. Kids ages 6-10 can enjoy an engaging, supportive experience as they learn new poses and stretch their imaginations.
