Environmental Presentation from Galveston Bay Estuary Program (GBEP) In-Person

We invite you to join us for a presentation that covers information regarding the Galveston Bay Plan and some projects that are happening in your communities. The Galveston Bay Estuary Program (GBEP) is a program established to protect and restore the health and productivity of Galveston Bay. Administered by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the purpose of the Galveston Bay Estuary Program is to provide a comprehensive ecosystem management through collaborative partnerships and to ensure preservation of the bay's multiple uses.

Registration to attend these presentations is encouraged but not required.

Attendees will be able to do the following:

  • Support GBEP's mission to protect and restore Galveston Bay through collaboration and science-based practices.
  • Stay informed about current projects, goals, and the Galveston Bay Plan
  • Help communicate GBEP goals to wider audiences and encourage public involvement.

This event is free and open to the public.
