Garden Party Storytime In-Person
Join us for Garden Party Storytime, a fall mini-series where we bring some of HPL's most classic children's books and archives to life through stories, songs, and hands-on activities that everyone in the family will enjoy! This interactive event encourages a love of reading and research, as well as an opportunity for family photos and playtime. Wear your best tea party outfit, but bring a change of clothes to play outside on the Barbara Bush Literacy Plaza for the "Playtime on the Plaza" afterwards! Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or caregiver, you’ll love this cross-generational literacy experience designed to make reading and history fun for everyone.
