Books & Rooks Chess Tournament In-Person
Ready to become a local Chess Champion? Join us at the Central Library for our first Chess Tournament, presented in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department. Our tournament will be held for two categories: for students in 1st Grade to 6th Grade and students in 7th Grade to 12th Grade.
Why Attend?
- All participants receive a merit certificate for participation.
- Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in both categories.
- Improve your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Free play and practice boards available for participants who are waiting to compete.
