Ms. Anna Xiong earned Master of Library Science, Indiana University Bloomington, Master of Arts in Germanic Studies, specialized in foreign relations, Beijing Foreign Studies University and Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature, Nanjing University, PR China. She joined Rice University in August 2019, currently serves as Sociology Librarian and Head of the Kelley Center for Government Information and Civic Engagement at Fondren Library, Rice University.
