Kickoff Summer Reading for Grown-Ups with Houston Public Library In-Person

Join us at Houston Public Library for our very first wine-tasing event and celebrate the launch of our 2026 Summer Reading for Grown-Ups program! Adults are invited to enjoy a curated wine-tasting experience led by a certified sommelier, complete with expertly paired cheese and accompanied by live piano music. Explore a variety of enriching and fun activities through the event. Sample diverse reads at our book-tasting station, view a breathtaking night sky inside our planetarium, or test your knowledge with a lively round of trivia.

Treat yourself to a relaxing, adults-only evening designed just for you!

This event is part of our Summer Reading for Grown-ups Program.
