STEM Workshop: Engineering Metal Models In-Person
This hands-on STEM experience introduces participants to core engineering and physics concepts through the construction of a metal helicopter model. Students follow technical schematics, identify mechanical components, and apply problem-solving skills to assemble a working structure. Throughout the build, learners explore principles such as force, motion, balance, and structural integrity while strengthening fine motor skills, perseverance, and engineering design thinking. Presented by Coding with a Twist.
