Books and Movement: Tweens and Teen Yoga In-Person

Introduce your child to mindfulness, movement, and fun with Yoga! This session combines beginner-friendly yoga, making it the perfect way to build body awareness, balance, and relaxation in a welcoming environment. Led by one of our enthusiastic staff, kids can enjoy an engaging, supportive experience as they learn new poses and stretch their imaginations.
