Books and Movement: Tweens and Teen Yoga In-Person

Introduce your child to mindfulness, movement, and fun with Yoga! This session combines beginner-friendly yoga, making it the perfect way to build body awareness, balance, and relaxation in a welcoming environment. Led by one of our enthusiastic staff, kids ages 10-17 can enjoy an engaging, supportive experience as they learn new poses and stretch their imaginations.

  • Hands-on yoga fun: Kids will learn basic, child-friendly yoga poses that improve flexibility and focus.
  • Books & movement: Each yoga session features a pose tied to a book promoting movement, health meals, mindfulness and/ or self-reflection and growth.
