GED Preparation Classes In-Person

Prepare for your GED in a supportive, in-person learning environment at Houston Public Library. In partnership with the Mayor’s Office for Adult Literacy (MOAL) and Wesley Community Center, this FREE GED preparation class helps adults build the skills and confidence needed to earn a high school equivalency credential. Participants receive hands-on instruction in all GED subject areas, including math, science, social studies, and language arts.

Classes also include individualized tutoring, practice tests, computer-based learning tools, and access to computers and calculators. Students who complete the program will receive a free official GED test voucher.
