SUMMARY:Genealogy Resource Roundup: Ancestry Library Edition
DESCRIPTION:The Houston Public Library provides access to several
Texas-sized genealogy databases. Just like the wild west of old\, these
resources can seem daunting and vast to navigate.\n\nIf you have been
wranglin' with our online resources and a-hollerin' for help the wait is
over! Join us for a new series with the Clayton Library: The Genealogy
Research Roundup.\n\nGenealogy Librarian Carl Smith dons his Cowboy boots
and hat to become Cowboy Carl - your Texas-themed genealogy guru - to help
you with a-navigating these databases. Each month we'll cover a different
database and in no-time you'll be on your way to greener genealogy
pastures.\n\nOur first workshop covers the Houston Public Library's
Ancestry Library Edition database.\n\nThis event is free and open to the
 public.\n\nRegistration is required for this event.\n\n \n\n
